Terms of Service

AdLoop Cloud — Daniel Klose, Talstraße 62, 55218 Ingelheim, Germany (the "Provider")

Version 1.5 (convenience translation)

Retrieved: 2026-10-21

§ 1 Scope

These terms govern the use of the SaaS platform "AdLoop Cloud". The offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — self-employed professionals, companies, agencies — and not at consumers. By registering, the customer confirms acting as an entrepreneur. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.

§ 2 Subject of the contract

The Provider operates a web-based platform that connects the customer's advertising and analytics platforms with AI tools of the customer's choice (e.g. Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Currently supported are Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center and Reddit Ads; the website states which platforms are available and whether access is read-only or also includes writing. The customer decides which platforms to connect. The platform comprises in particular:

  • Read access by the AI tools to the data of the connected platforms (e.g. campaign, analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and Merchant Center data)
  • Write changes to the connected platforms where the customer grants the necessary permissions (e.g. campaigns, ads, keywords, ad groups), always only after a preview and a separate confirmation step (§ 6)
  • Uploading files for transmission to connected platforms (e.g. ad images, conversion data)
  • Optional analysis, monitoring and notification features, where offered
  • Built-in safety mechanisms (mandatory previews, dry-run mode, budget caps, change log)
  • A dashboard for managing connections, access credentials, and safety settings

The AI tools themselves are not part of the service — the customer uses their own accounts with third-party providers.

§ 3 Formation of the contract

The contract is concluded upon registration and acceptance of these terms. The customer warrants having legal capacity and — when acting for a company — the authority to represent it, and undertakes to provide truthful information.

§ 4 Plans

  • AdLoop Cloud is offered in a free plan (Free) and in paid plans (Pro, Agency). The feature scope and usage limits of each plan are set out on the pricing page.
  • The free plan is available permanently and without providing payment details.
  • Paid use never begins automatically. It requires an explicit booking by the customer.
  • Customers whose workspace was created before the cut-off date named in the announcement receive a permanent 50% discount on the applicable prices. The discount can be claimed until 31 December 2026 and then continues indefinitely.
  • Feature scope and availability may develop further; material changes are announced under § 12.

§ 5 Prices and payment

  • The prices shown on the website at the time of booking apply. Billing is in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the interval chosen.
  • Payments are processed by Link, a Stripe service. Link acts towards the customer as merchant of record: the payment contract for the paid service is concluded between the customer and Link. Transactions are settled by Stripe Payments Company or by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited. The contract for the use of AdLoop Cloud remains between the customer and the Provider under § 3.
  • Receipts and invoices are sent to the customer by Link. The charge appears on bank statements as LINK.COM*. Customers can also manage subscriptions, payment methods and billing address at link.com.
  • Prices include any applicable taxes. Which tax applies depends on the customer's location; it is determined, withheld and remitted by Link.
  • Questions about payments, invoices and refunds go to Link support, and refunds may also be issued by Link. Questions about the product itself go to the Provider.
  • If a payment fails, access initially remains unchanged. The Provider notifies the customer and allows 14 days to update payment details. After that period expires, the workspace is moved to the free plan; no data is deleted.

§ 5a Usage limits

  • Ads operations (calls that touch a connected advertising platform, currently Google Ads or Reddit Ads) are subject to per-plan limits per day and, where the pricing page states one, per calendar month; all advertising platforms are counted together. Calls to analytics and supporting services (currently Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and Merchant Center) do not count towards these limits.
  • Paid plans are subject to a fair-use ceiling. It sits far above ordinary usage and exists to protect the programming interface shared by all customers.
  • The Provider may adjust the limits with 30 days' notice. Where a limit is lowered to the customer's detriment, the customer may terminate with effect from the date the change takes effect.

§ 6 AI output and responsibility for account changes

  • Analyses, recommendations, and drafts are generated by the customer's AI tools. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. It is decision support, not advice; the Provider does not owe any particular advertising results (clicks, conversions, costs).
  • Write changes to the advertising account are executed in two steps only: the service first produces a preview, and carries out the change only after a separate confirmation step. Whether that confirmation step is put to the customer for approval depends on the settings of the AI tool the customer has chosen; where the customer has granted standing approval there, the AI tool confirms without asking again. In either case the customer bears responsibility for the change and for the advertising spend resulting from it.
  • The built-in safety mechanisms (previews, dry-run, budget caps, logging) support control but do not replace the customer's own review.
  • The customer remains responsible for the lawfulness of their advertising, including compliance with the policies of the connected platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Reddit Ads) and advertising law.

§ 7 Customer obligations

  • The customer connects only accounts they are authorized to access and manage. Agencies warrant that they are authorized by their end clients to manage the respective accounts.
  • The customer uploads only files they may use and transmit to the connected platforms. Where files contain personal data of third parties (e.g. customer contact details in conversion data), the customer ensures they may process it and pass it to the platform concerned; details are governed by the data processing agreement.
  • Credentials and API keys must be kept secret; if misuse is suspected, keys must be revoked without delay.
  • Prohibited in particular: abusive or automated mass usage beyond the intended quotas, circumvention of technical protection measures, and use for unlawful purposes.

§ 8 Third-party services and availability

  • The service depends on the availability of the programming interfaces of the connected platforms (e.g. the Google APIs and the Reddit Ads API). The Provider assumes no responsibility for outages, changes, or restrictions of these platforms' services or of the customer's AI providers; the terms of the respective providers apply.
  • Account-related emails (e.g. registration confirmation, security notices) are delivered via the technical service provider Resend; details are governed by the Privacy Policy.
  • The Provider strives for high availability of the service but does not owe any particular availability or response times. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible and, where possible, carried out outside normal business hours.
  • Usage caps (e.g. operations per day or per month) may apply to distribute API quotas fairly (§ 5a).
  • Support is provided by email to daniel@getadloop.com.

§ 9 Data protection

Details of data processing are governed by the Privacy Policy. Where the Provider processes personal data on the customer's behalf, the data processing agreement (AVV) applies, which is concluded electronically upon registration and use (Art. 28(9) GDPR).

§ 10 Liability

  • The Provider is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and for intent and gross negligence.
  • In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract. For gratuitous use on the free plan, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  • In particular, no liability is assumed for advertising spend and economic outcomes of changes the customer confirmed pursuant to § 6, or for the content and decisions of the AI tools used by the customer.
  • Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§ 11 Term and termination

  • The free plan runs for an indefinite period. The customer may terminate at any time without notice, by deleting the account in the settings or by email.
  • Paid plans run for the interval booked (month or year) and renew automatically for the same interval unless terminated before the end of the current period. Termination is possible at any time through billing management in the account and through link.com.
  • After the paid period ends, the workspace moves to the free plan. Connections, API keys, settings and history are retained. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata.
  • The Provider may terminate with 30 days' notice to the end of a paid period; the right to extraordinary termination for cause (in particular for violations of § 7) remains unaffected.
  • Upon account deletion, access to the connected platforms is revoked and the tokens are deleted immediately; § 10 of the AVV applies otherwise.

§ 12 Changes to these terms

The Provider may amend these terms with effect for the future. Changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect, by email or in the dashboard. If the customer does not object before the changes take effect, they are deemed accepted; the announcement will point this out. In case of objection, either party may terminate the contract as of the effective date.

§ 13 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered seat. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
